2. What data we collect
Website visitors
When you visit the website, the technical data needed for it to work and stay secure is recorded automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, time of access and the pages you opened. With your consent we also use tools for traffic analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) and for measuring the performance of our ads (OpenAI), which collect data on how the website is used through cookies (see section 7).
Enquiries and communication
When you contact us by phone, e-mail or through the enquiry form on the website, we process the data you give us yourself: your first and last name, company name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your enquiry. For enquiries sent through the form we also record the time of sending and your IP address, to protect against abuse. The form sends your enquiry by e-mail to our address prodaja@signumtel.hr, and we use the data only to reply to the enquiry and for further communication about it.
Customers
To conclude and perform contracts for electronic communications services, we process the identification and contact data of customers and authorised persons (first and last name, OIB, address, phone, e-mail), data on contracted services, phone numbers and equipment, billing and payment data, and traffic data to the extent prescribed by the Croatian Electronic Communications Act.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Concluding and performing contracts – preparing quotes, activating and providing services, number porting, technical support, billing and payment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations – obligations under electronic communications, accounting and tax regulations, and acting on requests from competent authorities (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest – responding to enquiries, network and website security, preventing abuse and protecting our rights and claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Consent – analytics and marketing cookies and sending news about new services, if you have agreed to it (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would have legal effects for you.
4. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- customer data – for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after it ends, for the periods prescribed by law (e.g. for accounting documents and traffic data) or until the limitation periods for possible claims expire,
- enquiry data – for as long as needed to reply and for further communication, and no longer than one year if no contract is concluded,
- analytics cookie data – for the periods listed in section 7 or until consent is withdrawn.
5. Recipients of data
We do not sell personal data. We share it with third parties for marketing purposes only with your consent (marketing cookies, see section 7). Data may be received by:
- processors who carry out certain tasks for us (e.g. maintaining IT systems and hosting, delivering equipment, debt collection) under a contract that binds them to the same level of data protection,
- other operators, when necessary for number porting or interconnecting services,
- competent public authorities, when required by law.
Google tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) may transfer data to the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection. If you accept marketing cookies, data on your visit and interaction with our ads is also received by OpenAI, which may also transfer it to the US, subject to the safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Your rights
Regarding your personal data, you have the right:
- to access the data and obtain a copy of it,
- to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
- to have data erased when there is no longer a legal basis for processing it,
- to restriction of processing,
- to portability of the data you have given us,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to withdraw your consent at any time.
You can send your request to the contact in section 1. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest. Before acting on a request, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you believe that the processing of your data is unlawful, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. On this website we use:
- necessary cookies and local storage – needed for the website to work properly (e.g. remembering the banner shown in the same session and your cookie choice,
signum-kolacici, 6 months); they do not require consent, - analytics cookies (Google Analytics, e.g.
_ga,_ga_*, lasting up to 2 years) – for traffic statistics and improving the website; used only with your consent, - marketing cookies (OpenAI,
__obref) – for measuring the performance of our ads, i.e. whether a visit to the website came from an ad; used only with your consent.
On your first visit the website asks whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies – all at once or individually under Settings. Until you accept them, Google Analytics does not store cookies in your browser – Google receives only basic signals without cookies or identifiers (Google Consent Mode), used to estimate total traffic – and marketing tools are not started. If you reject cookies, any cookies of that type set earlier are deleted. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
The video about the Linkus app is loaded from the youtube-nocookie.com domain only when you start it yourself. You can also delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, destruction or misuse. Only authorised employees who need the data for their work and who are bound by confidentiality have access to it.
9. Changes
We may amend these rules from time to time, for example because of changes in regulations or in our services. The current version is always published on this page.
