Linkus UC (Unified Communications) brings all forms of business communication together in one place: voice and video calls, conferences, messages and contacts. All the features of the Yeastar phone system are available wherever you have an internet connection, and the interface is modern and simple – every employee will find their way around without special training.
The app comes in four forms, so everyone can choose what suits them best:
- a mobile app for iOS and Android,
- a desktop app (Windows and macOS),
- a web app that runs directly in the browser,
- a Chrome extension for one-click calling.
Full control over your calls
Linkus isn’t just a “phone on your mobile”. With it you manage calls just as on a desk IP phone – or even more easily:
- make and receive voice and video calls and switch between them with one click,
- transfer, hold, mute and record calls,
- view missed calls and call history, and listen to voicemail and call recordings,
- set your own forwarding rules and ringing behaviour,
- move a call in progress from your computer to your mobile or IP phone – without dropping the call.
For the customer nothing changes: they always call the same business number, and you answer on whichever device is at hand.
Messages, conferences and collaboration
All messages in one place
Along with internal chat between colleagues, Linkus lets you reply to customer messages from several channels – such as WhatsApp and SMS – from the same interface. The team collaborates more easily, and no enquiry goes unanswered.
Conferences and video meetings
HD audio conferences and video meetings with screen sharing are started, scheduled and joined in a few clicks – with no extra meeting apps.
All contacts together
A single company directory, personal and shared contacts, and contacts synced from CRM and helpdesk systems – your team always knows who is calling and can easily reach the customer.
