Business plans

Choose the right plan

All plans are for companies with 1 to 300 users and include business e-mail, Teams, 1 TB of storage per user and ongoing technical support. They differ in desktop apps, Copilot features and the level of protection.

Business Basic

Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for web and mobile, business e-mail (100 GB mailbox), Teams, 1 TB on OneDrive and Copilot Chat. For teams that work in the browser.

Business Standard

Everything in Basic, plus desktop apps on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets and 5 phones per user, Copilot in the apps, webinars, Clipchamp and Loop.

Business Premium

Everything in Standard, plus advanced security: device protection (Intune, Defender), protection of sensitive data, e-mail archive up to 1.5 TB and an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro.
